Dr Daniel Groenewald is an experienced leadership and learning development specialist passionate about developing people, teams, and organisations in educational settings. With a diverse background spanning teaching, educational leadership, research and professional learning, Daniel brings a wealth of experience to support leaders and teams to reach their potential. Daniel has collaborated with school systems, crafting and guiding various leadership frameworks and leadership programs tailored for emerging leaders, middle leaders, aspiring and experienced principals. Additionally, Daniel has developed coaching methodologies tailored to school leaders. Daniel’s doctoral research examined the attributes of high-performing teams in Catholic secondary schools.
