Daniel works with leaders who want to lead better, build stronger teams, and leave their organisations in a better place.

He partners with schools and systems on executive team development, leader coaching, senior leader reviews, middle leadership programs and leadership capability frameworks.

Daniel spent over a decade inside two of Australia’s largest education systems, designing the frameworks and programs that help leaders at every level do their jobs well. He is the lead author of Everyone Leads (Catholic Education Western Australia) and Vision for Leadership (Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools).

His doctoral research examined what allows senior leadership teams to perform at their best. That work has since reached more than a thousand leaders.

Working with Daniel means practical, evidence-based sessions built for the reality of school life. He uses story, games and experiential learning, so leaders leave with skills they use the next day, not just good notes. He writes and presents regularly across Australia.
