I have spent a decade inside two of Australia's largest Catholic school systems, designing the frameworks, programs, and capability infrastructure that help leaders at every level do their jobs well.

My doctoral research examined the conditions that allow senior leadership teams to function at their best. That work has reached more than a thousand leaders across schools, regions, and central offices.

The programs I design are grounded in evidence, built for the reality of school leadership, and designed to maximise engagement with adult learners beyond the day of delivery.
